The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities. Through knowledge development, water skills exercises and hands-on practical assessment, you develop the skills to organize and direct a variety of scuba diving activities. Topics and practical workshops include:
- The role and characteristics of the PADI Divemaster
- Assisting with student divers
- Diver safety and risk management
- Awareness of the dive environment
- Dive setup and management
- Mapping an open water site
- Conducting dive briefings
- Conduct a scuba refresher class
- Assisting with Discover Scuba Diving and lead Discover Local Diving
Prerequisites
- Must have a Rescue Diver certification
- Valid BLS first aid and CPR card
- Have logged 40 dives
Course Fee
Classes start at $965 + tax. This includes E-Learning.
Fee Excludes:
Customer is required to purchase any rental gear and personal items needed to complete the divemaster course.

Refund Policy:
If a refund is requested more than 72 hours before the start of class, $100.00 will be retained by Underwater Sports as a service fee. If a refund, or request to transfer to another class, is within 72 hours of the start date and time; there will be a $200.00 service fee. Once you have redeemed your online access code, we are unable to issue a refund for that portion.
